We stayed at a YMCA hostel in central Manhattan, close to Central Park - where we really got to feel the atmosphere of the energetic big city.
A cultural journey
During our stay, we were treated to dozens of performances, including: "Book of Mormon", Alladin, "The play that goes Wrong" and Amature Night at the Appolo. In addition, we visited a music studio, museums and art exhibitions - there was plenty of inspiration here!
New York is an exciting and varied city - and we managed to see a lot of it during our trip. We visited famous places like Times Square, Brooklyn, Bronx, Harlem, Statue of Liberty to name a few. We had a picnic in Central Park, tasted iconic American food, and experienced the diversity of "the Big Apple".

A VISIT FOR REFLECTION: We visited Ground Zero and the 9/11 memorial. A visit that gave room for thought and reflection.
