Line tour - Music and culture trip in Europe
Music and culture trip in Europe (9 days):
There are many cities in Europe that have an exciting music and production scene, and that have a lot of cultural history to tell.
Here we can experience world-class concerts, musicals and theatre, explore opportunities in music and sound, and consider study opportunities in various creative cities.
We are planning this studio trip together, and this can become an unforgettable memory from the folk high school year, with both inspiration and many good memories of community!

Here we can find inspiration for our own music, work on music videos based on self-written songs. We can visit educational institutions, and we can contact large and small studios for tours and visits.
In addition, we will get to know the cities we visit. From landmarks, famous museums, famous parks and buildings, to great shopping opportunities - there is something for every taste. The possibilities are endless!

School Trip to Spain & Gibraltar
In the fall, the entire school travels together to Spain and Gibraltar!
In the fall, the entire school travels together to Spain and Gibraltar. We explore the Andalusia region and stay near the town of Rota, where students take part in both planned activities and free-time experiences. There are opportunities for surfing, frisbee golf, scenic cycling tours, and beach-related activities. The trip also includes a visit to the historic city of Seville and the British territory of Gibraltar.
Since the trip and all meals are included in the tuition fee, students only need to bring personal spending money. These shared experiences help build a strong sense of community across the school.

I really enjoyed the unique cohesion in the class and good teachers. We learn so many exciting things, such as songwriting and new instruments. The concerts were the highlight.
- Magnhild Olise Olsen-Rye, Music
This is a wonderful school with very good people. Lydlinja has given me new challenges, and has taught me a lot about both the industry and not least about what actually happens behind a stage, during a record recording and with a music producer. A top year!
- Simen Flaten Svisdal, Sound and music production
